Error: couldn’t get currently installed version for /opt/eff.org/certbot/venv/bin/letsencrypt:
/opt/eff.org/certbot/venv/bin/python3: error while loading shared libraries: libpython3.5m.so.rh-python35-1.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
免费ssl证书要到期，let’s encrypt renew出现上面的错误，无法执行更新。
解决方法：
rm -rf /opt/eff.org/
删除该目录，重新执行renew
